Of resistance, of hopelessness
When just the week before
I felt, in my progress, pridefulness
Some days go fast
And other days feel slow
Some days are meant for rest
Others are meant to go, go, go!
Before you know it though
That moment will be a memory
And I try to be conscious
That I embraced it carefully (and carefree)
The trick isn’t avoiding the lows. It’s noticing the patterns inside them. Once you can see the loop, you can choose what to do the next time it comes around.
